    dated decor

The building shows its age with visible maintenance issues that detract from overall appeal. Breakfast choices are limited with long waits for food replenishment, including scrambled eggs that don't meet expectations. Room decor feels dated and uninviting, lacking modern updates. Shower conditions fluctuate, causing inconsistent hot water availability which can be frustrating.

The restaurant here was PRETTY GOOD for breakfast and dinner, we both ordered excellent dishes. Provided us with coffee, cheese, and meats in the morning. The rooms were good-sized and airy and the location was absolutely perfect.

Not fancy, but it delivers comfort and quiet. Great location by the waterfront, with easy access to restaurants. Enjoyed a warm, cozy room with good internet. Perfect for adventure travelers!

Breakfast disappointed us because fruit juices are not natural and, even if I could accept those, they should be the least harmful to health. . The toilet was not neat, the towels smelled musty, there was no good vacuuming or sweeping. The service responses were not always timely or attended to. Some people at the reception desk were stingy and not very empathetic, so one of them stood out as being especially receptive and pro-task (thin, small beard, and wears glasses for about 30 years). Very attentive. Instead of a room, on the second day (it leaked at night), we were left with a woman's vest in the first room and nobody told us about it, except on the fourth day when a waitress let us know and we complained at reception. She herself returned it later. The lobby lacks warmth and more comfortable armchairs, perhaps also a TV, curtains and background music.

The pool: it does not look sanitized and in the dressing rooms there is no staff to watch over the cleaning or drying of the floor. The sheets, apparently, are not changed every day, We claimed because the bottom was notoriously stained and did not smell clean. Few staff members are attentive and cordial, some do not even say hello. A lady (apparently a cleaning supervisor) passed me several times and although I looked for her greeting she did not show her face.

Hopefully the room was airy and reasonably large with great views, windows on the end. Besides, the location was particularly good and unbeatable for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Museo Regional de Magallanes.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like!

    spacious room
    comfortable bed
    convenient location
    blocked sink
    limited breakfast
    maintenance issues

The room was spacious and clean, with a king-sized bed that provided a comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom had a sink issue , which affected the overall experience. While the dining options were decent, the breakfast selection could be improved. Still, it's conveniently located near the city center was great.

The room where we stayed was spacious and had a nice view of the strait. The breakfast was very varied, every day there were new cakes and sweet things (for me, the best). The first night we had a problem with the heating of the room (it was too high and could not be turned down), immediately we were given the option to change room but decided not to change room and wait for the technician who would go in the morning. It was fixed and we had no more problems with that, it was kept at the perfect temperature.

There was a problem with the water supply in the hotel and one night the water was cut off in our room, in the morning we had water again, following 3 days the water in the shower was brown. As for the reception staff, Rene, who helped us the first night with the heating, was very attentive and gave us a quick solution. However, one night we tried to ask for a snack for a tour (since we were leaving at 5. 30 am we would not be able to reach breakfast), girls at the reception were very badly disposed, they told us no. We asked in the kitchen, they told us that we had to ask for it at the reception and they coordinated internally, because we only wanted a couple of waters or a fruit, so we went back in with them, they didn't want to ask, we insisted that they please ask just in case. answer was negative anyway, really their attitude was lousy.

Some parts shine, others fall flat

Reception staff greeted me warmly. The hotel's location near the waterfront was a major plus for exploring local cafes!

Sadly, the room decor felt dated and basic, and breakfast options were quite limited. A bit more variety would have really elevated the experience.

Had a comfortable stay with a good, warm room and steady Wi-Fi. The location is decent, close to the waterfront. Just a couple of hiccups like a noisy dining area, but overall a solid choice!

The location is excellent. The beds are comfortable and spacious. Excellent shower water pressure and very good radiator heating could be regulated from the room. The sea view is beautiful. The excellent breakfast, the best: the espresso.

The bathroom and dressing room area of the pool was not well maintained and there was a lot of moisture in the ceiling, some of which fell from the ceiling. The pool was too small for two families to sit on and there was no more room to sit and leave the towels. The sauna was turned off and it took 20 minutes to be at the right temperature to use it and there was no oil for the stones, it lacked maintenance. The water of the swimming pool is too hot and they should give eva rubber gowns and slippers to be able to go to the swimming pool like in other hotels of this category, since the wardrobe is not comfortable to change and it is mixed. The elevator does not reach the underground parking lot.

The proximity to the city centre.

Although the reservation was for 2 rooms, at the time of taking them I requested that the arrival of a third passenger be considered the following day to add him as a guest to one of the rooms. was noted in the system, when the third person arrived, they offered him a third room, completely disregarding what had been arranged the day before. I noticed the situation, I asked if it could be reversed and change made, to which they replied that they could not as the room had already been taken. They considered that they could have made the change, since it was what had been agreed upon in advance. In view of the answer, I preferred not to insist, does not mean that I agree with what happened. I am very upset about this.. Also, heating in the room (300) was very high, despite supposedly turning it off by setting it to 0.. carpets in the room need a deep wash, stain removal and sanitization, you can see a lot of dust and dirt in the room to remove odors, bacteria, mites and other pollutants.

The room was bright and airy, with a lovely view. Housekeeping was efficient, and the complimentary breakfast included a variety of options like eggs, meats, and fresh fruit.

Staff friendliness could be improved. Sometimes felt ignored.
